Chest Size - Lay the garment flat on the ground, measure from arm pit to arm pit, then multiply the number by 2 as the number is the cirumference.
Length Size - Lay the garment flat on the ground, measure the side of the upper back neck collar seam straight down to bottom of the front hem (as seen in the image).
